  After having researched all the surgeons in my local area I chose Elena Prousskaia for several reasons; she had an excellent history of good outcomes, she is very experienced in her field and the reviews were excellent.
  First meeting was casual and comfortable and Elena described all details of the surgery, the good the bad and the ugly! I was measured and photographed and told me left breast was 150g heavier than my right and my nipple 1 inch further away , I was astounded, and really I had never noticed as they were a 38G and I had not seen my mid section in years! I was told I was an ideal candidate and to go home and read all the literature and let her know in two weeks if I wish to continue.
  Two weeks later I was having bloods and health checks and was told I was good to proceed. Reading everything was long and there are obvious things, like nipples not always healing as before, that I had not taken into consideration. Knowing all the risks ahead of time eased any worries and concerns and I felt happy to go ahead.
  On the day the hospital staff were excellent and Elena reassured me and drew pretty lines all over my breasts...then I was taken to theatre and the surgical team, too, were great.
  One night in hospital and I was home.
  Five weeks on I have been a good girl and did excactly as Elena told me, it has not always been comfortable but honestly nowhere near as bad as I thought.
  After all my follow up appointments , today was my last for 6 months and I am healed and out of the surgical bra, yay. Absolutely beautiful breasts, even if I say so myself, and I just cannot thank Elena and her team enough for all the support and just knowing they are there if you need them.
  Many people on blogs and online have a million and one horror stories and I feel lucky that I am not one of them. I feel this is down to the excellent surgeon Elena truly is and the simple but worthwhile rules that she will make you follow. If you are sensible and don't try to do things too soon you will also have a brilliant outcome, flawless scars, perfectly even breasts and the most perfect shape.
  This has simply been one of the best things I have ever done and has changed the way I feel about myself.
  So, thank you Elena and a big shout out to her personal assistant Karen who has been fantastic in handling everything, I am truly grateful.
